About Us

Globalliance Strategic Communities

Reclaiming Wealth. Restoring Power. Reshaping Black Communities.

Who We Are

Globalliance Strategic Communities is a global alliance of visionary leaders, strategists, and faith-driven professionals across Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States. Our backgrounds span ministry, technology, economics, education, and community development—but we are united by one purpose: to build a Black-led economic infrastructure that empowers our people spiritually, socially, and financially.

Our Mission

We are pioneering the largest Black Wealth Transfer Movement in modern history—by uniting Black churches and Black-owned businesses into a cooperative network called the Square Mile Partnership Model.

Through this system, we redirect Black dollars into community outreach, education, job creation, and intergenerational wealth-building within our own neighborhoods.

Our Global Team

From Nairobi to Ghana, from Atlanta to Jamaica, our diverse leadership team brings passion, strategic insight, and deep commitment to one shared vision:

Creating a world where Black equity, economic control, and justice are no longer dreams—but realities.

Our Strength Is Our Diversity

We are diverse in geography, culture, denomination, and skill—but perfectly aligned in our values. We believe our future will only be built when churches and businesses stand together, pooling resources, uplifting communities, and transforming systems—on our terms

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

What if another church in our area already signed up?

At LIFE 101, we have found a square mile with up to 30 churches. Whenever there is more than one organization within a single square mile, then both organizations will share that square mile. All the addresses will be collected within the square mile from the beginning and the organizations can share them.

You would then not be the center of the square mile, but you can join and aid in Outreach.

How do we verify addresses?

Just make sure that you checked the addresses. We will provide you with the map of all the street names that your organization will be responsible for. So check to make sure that they have a certifiable address within that square mile area. They can do so by bringing in a bill with their address and name on it.

If someone from outside a square mile comes into your organization requesting help and they're from a different Square mile. You can check in a database and send them over to that church that is in their square mile so that that church can assist them.

How much will be given for outreach and the directory? And does the money roll over?

The money does not roll over. We are providing $100 a month on a debit card for outreach and $100 a month on another debit card for the directory. That $100 a month is expected to increase monthly. We will load that debit card with the right amount of money, monthly upon request.

What happens if a church does not request outreach money during the month?

It will go into an overage account. The overage account will accumulate by those who do not do Outreach. We do know that not every church does outreach each month. So, that unused $100 will go into the overage account at the end of each month. If in a given month, a church finds a family who needs extra resources to help them, a church may contact LIFE 101 to see if there are funds in the outreach account to cover additional needs.  First come first served basis.

When it comes to the various organizations and denominations, do we have to meet and work together in this program?

This program is unique. We will work with any organization that wants to help their Community. It does not matter what denomination, Muslim, Catholic, Presbyterian, or a sorority. If you want to help the community, we will work with you and support you.

It looks like we are all working together, but you're still managing and dealing with your square mile only.

Have we tested or presented this program before?

We have presented the program in 32 different cities and 3 countries so far.  And still counting.

How much does the program cost for a church or a business?

This program costs the same for both, churches and business owners. However, we are making the program free for churches who sign up before April 27, 2025.  They just have to agree to help us test and see where the kinks are and work through it. Businesses are charged $400.00 upfront and each month thereafter.  Beginning April 28, 2025, churches will be charged the same amount.

How can I sign up?

That's easy and thank you for asking.  You will find a convenient sign-up page under your perspective menu tag.  The joining churches and joining businesses tab will display an enrollment form.  If you're one of our International partners, please be sure to click the Sponsored Churches or Sponsored Businesses tab.  It's that simple and we hope to see you in your community soon.
